There is a problem with the pressing part of your edge banding machine, causing the trimming and polishing equipment to work abnormally. If the plate is not pressed tightly, or there is a height before and after the pressing vertical plate, when the plate travels to the glue application part, the glue coating wheel and the pressing wheel exert a certain pressure on the side of the plate, causing the plate to shift and deviate from the baseline, resulting in Subsequent processes cannot be completed.

How to maintain the edge banding machine

1: First of all, the plot of each position of the machine must be maintained. For example, the glue brought out by the board near the glue pot will dry on other parts, which will directly affect its normal operation.

2: There will be a lot of cut edge banding chips in the pre-milled part, the head-to-tail part, and the trimming and scraping part. Even if there is a vacuum device, it will not be sucked cleanly. The edge banding chips flying everywhere will It affects various sliding and rolling parts and also affects trimming. Therefore, the edge banding must be cleaned every shift.

3: Inspection of running parts. Regularly check the sound and temperature of each running part for abnormal noise and heat.

4: Lubricate running parts regularly.

Repair of furniture plywood edge banding machine

Solution: Press the plate tightly with the same tightness at the front and back, then place the trimming tool's reference ruler and copying wheel against the plate, and finally adjust the tool until the desired effect is achieved, and the problem will be solved.
2. Your trimming reference plane does not find the board surface. The trimming knife can accurately trim the edge banding strip to the ideal line thanks to the horizontal ruler (oblique pressure wheel or arc plate) and vertical ruler (copying wheel) next to the trimming knife. If they cannot adhere closely to the moving plate, they will not be able to create suitable lines.

Solution: Feed a long plate with a flat end surface into the edge banding machine (be careful not to apply glue). When the plate reaches a position that can cover polishing, scraping, fine trimming, and rough trimming, stop the conveyor belt. Using the board surface as a benchmark, place the horizontal and vertical reference parts mentioned above against the board, bring the cutting edge of the tool close to the edge of the board, and wait for subsequent fine adjustments until the ideal effect appears.

3. There are loose screws causing unstable trimming.

Solution: Find the benchmark, tighten the screws, and adjust the tool.

Of course, at this point, you may want to ask, why didn’t we talk about polishing? If the trimming has not been repaired, why talk about polishing? I believe you can solve the problem of trimming, and polishing will be easy. After all, polishing is simple and does not require What precision is there at all?

How to repair the problem of the fully automatic edge banding machine hitting the board

1. The descending speed of the rear end is too fast or the downward air pressure is too high, causing the ruler to hit the board and cause bumps on the board.

Solution: Adjust the intake/exhaust pressure regulating valve of the rear flush cylinder to reduce the speed and force of the flush downward movement.

2. The upward pressure of the front flushing head is too large, and the problem occurs when the plate travels to this point and hits the front flushing head against the ruler.

Solution: Adjust the pressure of the front pressure regulating valve to make its power softer.

3. The position of the travel switch for the downward signal of the front flush head is incorrect or broken. If the travel switch cannot be touched when the plate travels to the predetermined position or the switch it touches is broken, then there will be no downward signal for the front flush head, so it will Eat a plate.

Solution: Adjust the position of the travel switch or replace it.

4. The guide wheel of the ruler is missing, causing the ruler to bite the board.

Solution: Install new guide wheels.

5. There are burrs on the contact surface of the head and ruler.

Solution: Rub it off with fine gauze.
