Precautions for CNC side hole machine ✔

1. The guide rails and spindle of the equipment must be cleaned (cleaned with an air gun) every 5 hours of operation, and oiled twice per shift. If the equipment is found to be damaged due to lack of oil or insufficient cleaning in time, the slider and spindle will not be covered by the warranty.

2. When lifting the spindle, be sure to loosen the locking screw on the left side of the counter. After adjustment, tighten the locking screw to prevent damaging the handwheel.

3. The power supply of the equipment is three-phase and five-wire. The three-phase live wire is L1 L2 L3, N is the neutral wire, and the PE ground wire (must be reliably grounded). The working voltage of the equipment should be between 360v-400v. If the voltage is unstable, a voltage regulator must be installed. If the electrical components are damaged due to incorrect wiring or unstable voltage, they are not covered by the warranty.

4. The laser probe is a precision component. Under normal circumstances, try not to move the two keys (+, -). If you encounter problems such as inaccurate drilling, please do not disassemble it privately and contact the manufacturer's after-sales personnel in time.

5. The motor protective cover behind the spindle box should be removed in time before use. There should be no debris or people standing around the equipment when it is running to prevent damage to the motor or injury to people.

6. Inverters, controllers and other electrical components in electrical cabinets are not allowed to be disassembled, assembled or adjusted without permission. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer in time.

7. When drilling holes in hard wood or solid wood boards, the automatic drilling speed should be appropriately reduced.
